Absolutely dreamy and magical place! Very charming! We stayed in Castle Spruce. Private hot tub was awesome and behind this lodge was the open property that was beautiful. Sled area was right next door. The property was super close to town. Just perfect. We definitely would recommend staying here!
The grounds are pretty and were decorated so nicely for Christmas. Best holiday lights in town! Our cabin was very comfortable, clean and somehow spacious but cozy at the same time. Exactly what you want in a mountain cabin. The staff are friendly. We had a very pleasant stay.
The location of Castle mountain is amazing. A very short drive to the Fall River road entrance to Rocky mountain national Park .The cleanliness and design of the property is also outstanding. The gentleman that greeted us when we arrived, I'm sorry I forgot his name, was extremely helpful provided us with great information and just kind.
My wife and I stayed in the great room, and it was truly great! One very large room with vaulted ceilings. Huge comfortable king size bed, two sofas, small dining table, a large flat screen TV. A large dresser and closet , a huge fireplace wood provided for the first evening, a great kitchenette and full-sized bath. The best part though was the private deck with large hot tub right up against the base of the cliffs, simply amazing! If we make it back to Estes Park and I hope we do, We will absolutely stay here again!
Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our first time Staying at Castle mountain lodge and we stayed 17 nights in October. The weather was clear and warm for most of our trip. We were lucky enough to be there during a beautiful snow storm near the end of the trip. We enjoyed the hot tub, river front fire ring and play area including horse shoes and shuffle board. The staff here is friendly. The serve freshly baked cookies in the office in front of the fire. Our room was open for us when we arrived. We enjoyed our new dog friend Riley who visted us daily. Staff members Elisha and Wanda were very gòod to us and should be highly praised for their hard work. We highly recommend Castle mountain Lodge and will definitely return here.
Beautiful time to go with all the Christmas lights and the snow. They really out did themselves with the Christmas lights! I highly recommend the "Castle View" with a private hot tub. A bit pricey, but we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and very clean rooms!
Great spot to stay at. Rooms were very cozy. Whole place had a nice vibe to it. The "library" had some nice couches, flavored water, movies to rent, games for all. Great touch to have candy and fresh cookies everyday in front lobby. Washer and dryer as well for only $1 each cycle. I highly recommend this place!! Loved my stay!
Great location, tucked away but close to downtown and RMNP. Super cute cabins and lodging, a river runs right next to the property. We woke up with a flock of turkeys and a bull elk on our front lawn. Incredibly easy check in/out process. The heater worked great, shower had hot water with good pressure. Zero issues, we'd love to stay here again! We did not use the hot tub so can't comment on that.
Beautiful location. Not far from shops and restaurants although it requires driving.
It is located next to a small river and there's a trail that goes along it. Beautiful to walk and spot a deer 🦌.
Rooms are pretty clean and basic. It included a kitchenette with cooking essentials.
Parking is not a problem at all. There are spot outside each individual unit
